Our founders story

Catherine is a triple-certified, EMCC accredited coach, mentor and multi-award winning workplace experience leader. She has designed and delivered people experience strategies for market-leading businesses for almost a decade.

Curiosity is central to Catherine’s life, leading her into a people-focussed career early on. Her university thesis was one of a kind, focussing on the (then niche) subject of organisational culture. Exploring how internal marketing and an entrepreneurial orientation contributes to the development of culture, she discovered the loyalty, trust, commitment and innovation achieved as a result.

After winning an award for this groundbreaking exploration, she moved to London and began working in fast-paced start-ups and scale-ups across the energy-tech, fin-tech and legal sectors. In every role, Catherine has achieved international recognition and celebration for her work.

In the decade since she began exploring organisational culture, she has gathered a wealth of knowledge, expertise and skills. Bringing this together with her coaching credibility, Catherine is now dedicated to enabling leaders, entrepreneurs and organisations to lead with clarity of vision, with people-centred strategies at the heart.
