I’m a certified coach, mentor and multi-award winning workplace experience leader. I’ve spent my career developing and delivering experience strategies for market-leading organisations - enabling healthy, happy and engaged people. Now, in addition to this work, I have a private coaching and mentoring practice, delivering bespoke one to one services and enabling the transformation of others.

I’m also proud to be a later-in-life diagnosed autistic woman, state school educated person, self-professed lifelong learner, bookworm and cook for anyone and everyone around me.
